Read these conditions carefully. These General Conditions of Use and Conditions of Sale regulate the use of the website "www.ecovalley.es".

These Conditions establish the rights and obligations of all users of the Eco Valley website, in relation to the products and services we offer through our website “www.ecovalley.es”, hereinafter the "Store".

User’s Obligations 

The User agrees, in general, to use the Store, to purchase the Products and to use each of the Store's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morals, public order and the provisions of these Conditions General, and you must also refrain from using them in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could injure or cause damage to the goods and rights of Eco Valley, its suppliers, Users or in general of any third party.

Products and services

Eco Valley reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that are offered to Users through the Store. Eco Valley may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, Eco Valley reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different classes of Products offered in the Store.

The Products included in the Store will faithfully correspond to the Products offered. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or influence them negatively.

The following activities are prohibited under the programs of the card brands: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. Eco Valley reserves the right to cancel or reject any order from a User-Client with whom it has a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order. In addition, the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is also explicitly prohibited.

Orders placed on the Internet through www.ecovalley.es carry contractual data between the User-Client and the store that will be confirmed and compiled by both parties before shipment.

Eco Valley undertakes to accept orders in accordance with the terms of the general conditions of sale set forth herein. The User-Client declares to know and accept these general conditions of sale before confirming their orders. The confirmation of an order implies, therefore, the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the store constitutes proof of all the transactions carried out between Eco Valley and its customers.

Procedures and Payment Forms

Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, Eco Valley will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. Said email will assign a reference code for the purchase, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and the data of the different options to make the payment of the Products to Eco Valley

The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment through the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.

Eco Valley will archive the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be made in the Spanish language.

The order confirmation sent by Eco Valley is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. Eco Valley will send the corresponding invoice by email and the user can also download it from their account. Likewise, the client has the right to receive, free of charge, the paper invoice when, voluntarily or by legal obligation, they have expressly requested it.

Home delivery service

We offer a standard delivery time of 2 - 3 working days when the product is in stock or once we receive the products according to the availability indicated. When making the purchase, under "add to cart", the availability of each product appears: you can check if it is in stock or in how many days we receive it. In the event of a problem, we will contact you quickly so that we can make the shipment as soon as possible.

Orders of the day will be considered those ordered via the web or by phone before 6:00 p.m., with the only exception of those whose chosen means of payment is bank transfer, in which the order will be included on the day it is received the amount thereof (duly indicated with the order number in the concept) in our current account.

In the case of orders to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla, the delivery time is 3-4 days.

In the case of orders to the Canary Islands, the delivery time is 4-5 days.

In no case can you choose the time of arrival of the order at the time of making it.

Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal for consumers and users.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the less expensive delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Intellectual and industrial property

The User acknowledges that all the elements of the Store and of each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in relation to With them, they are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of Eco Valley itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute any other rights other than those specifically contemplated therein regarding said industrial and intellectual property rights.

Unless authorized by Eco Valley or, where appropriate, by the third-party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless this is legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication, of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements and information that he accesses using the Store only for his own needs, committing himself not to directly or indirectly carry out commercial exploitation of the materials, elements and information obtained through the same.


Eco Valley will facilitate the use of personal passwords for the user who registers as such on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the website. The user must keep the passwords under his sole responsibility in the strictest and absolute confidentiality, assuming, therefore, any damages or consequences of all kinds arising from the breach or disclosure of the secret. For security reasons, the password for telematic access to the services linked to the web site may be modified at any time by the user. The User agrees to immediately notify Eco Valley of any unauthorized use of his password, as well as access by unauthorized third parties to it.


Eco Valley uses cookies to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the identity of the User, facilitate access to personal preferences and follow their use of the Store. Cookies are files installed on the computer's hard drive or in the browser's memory in the folder preconfigured by the operating system of the User's computer to identify him.

If the User does not want a cookie to be installed on their hard drive, they must configure their Internet browsing program to not receive them. Likewise, the User may freely destroy the cookies. If the User decides to deactivate cookies, the quality and speed of the service may decrease and, even, they will lose access to some of the services offered in the Store.

Conflict resolution


We inform consumers that the online consumer dispute resolution platform (“ODR Platform, Online Dispute Resolution”) is operational for all countries of the European Union, including Spain.

In the case of Spain, the European Commission has designated the European Consumer Center attached to the Spanish Agency for Consumption, Food Safety and Nutrition, as the platform's contact point, to assist and support the presentation of claims through the platform.

As of the entry into force of Directive 2013/11 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, on the alternative resolution of disputes in consumer matters and of Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Advice, we are obliged to inform our buyers about the existence of the platform. Hence, we inform our Users that in the event of any conflict with the Eco Valley consumer, there is a new, simple, multilingual and accessible European procedure for resolving them. Which consists of the following:

The consumer must access this platform and complete the online claim form. Once filled in, it will be sent from the same platform. The claim will be sent to Eco Valley, who will propose to the consumer an entity for alternative resolution of the conflict. Once the consumer and the seller agree on the mediation entity that will resolve their conflict, the platform will send the claim to the chosen entity.

The mediation entity will deal with the case electronically and will propose a solution within a maximum period of 90 days.


For the purposes of the provisions of current regulations on data protection, the data of your curriculum that you provide us, are essential for the processing of the application and, its holders consent that their personal and curriculum data, including the email address, which are provided, are incorporated into the file for which Eco Valley is responsible, to study and / or execute this application and for the study and personalized or segmented analysis of it. The personal data provided will be used for the purpose, in the manner and with the limitations and rights granted by Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data. The owner may freely exercise the rights of opposition, access and information, rectification, cancellation of their data and revocation of their authorization without retroactive effects, acting as indicated in this section.
